My boyfriend and I came here for takeout today. I just finished the red curry I ordered and it was amazing! They've got a good drinks list but I was heading to work. We also ordered the green curry and a beef noodle dish. The red curry was by far my favorite, but all the food had good flavor and we will definitely be back.

Mickey is just an amazing person! I appreciate her kindness and dedication to this restaurant, her work, and standing out for the community. Interior is a little dark like walking into a low key vibe dim lights rich colors and open space with plenty of seating. Large menu, lots of options for anyone to choose from. We basically order for the entire table to have a bit of everything. Crab Rangoon- tasty, ends are a bit too hard and not enough filling to survive the fryer, BUT period point blank they are really good. Not like sugary super sweet syrup overly liquidly like other places. Solid consistency! Excellent flavor. Thai wings- thick breading... reminiscent of ones from the store but with an excellent sauce they're tossed in and a topping that's just plain fire! ( not spicy just delicious ) Potstickers- very unique in flavor and texture! We like these a lot!! Fried a bit too hard for the kid. Coconut shrimp- Glory loved them! The kids did too. I don't eat coconut... I know I'm weird. I don't care. Bbq pork is STELLAR!!! I tried a bite... I'll be getting this next time!! Everything about it is just amazing okay!! Definitely crazy cause I am NOT a pork eater!!!!!! Thai boat noodles- the broth is... 10/10 love the crunch of the vegetables, and the beef slices are sooooo tender and have a very nice taste subtle yet flavorful! The meatballs are not my jam, the texture (I don't eat oatmeal bananas etc cause I cannot with the texture lol y'all know it be a me thing not a food thing!) Sticky rice - the best I've ever had. It's so soft like little pillows and clouds... right chewy... so sticky and has a very pleasant flavor that really stands out- like you know this rice is special! Looking forward to going back so much!! Chefs kiss hit em five times!!!!!

Another featured dish. Excellently prepared. Great sauce. Like Pokémon, you gotta try them all. Yum!

To say their food is authentic would be an understatement, I had mine at a heat level of three and it was perfect... Honestly as good as it gets and the price is amazing for the quality of food. I'm looking forward to having more on a regular basis, this place is going to be dangerous. I've only had takeout, but the staff were exceptionally nice, and the atmosphere in the restaurant appears to be warm and hospitable looking forward to dining in at some point in the near future.

Excellent pineapple fried rice and seafood pad Thai with great portion sizes! Highly recommend!!

After being all cooped up a friend from our winter freeze a friend suggested to get something to eat. As always this place does not disappoint with great service, food and ambience. I ordered the BBQ Pork and my friend ordered the Thai eggplant with seafood. The flavors and presentation were excellent and the food was reasonably price.

First experience here was odd, but have now gone 20+ times and feel it is the best Thai in Louisville. The menu options are great! I almost love the cashew nut chicken (extra crispy), but we've tried all the curries, pineapple fried rice, ginger chicken, crab wontons, spring rolls, and more. I'm not a huge fan of the apps, but all the main dishes are flavorful, creamy, and delicious. The place does have a nice look, not Chinese takeout, but not exceptional. It has a bar. Appears that takeout is a large part of their business, and the staff are always very nice. Great place!

Found this spot on Google! Simply Thai is inconsistent so we wanted to find another go to place. We ordered som tam at spice level 4, pad Thai at spice level 3, three ingredient fish at spice level 2, and pad Thai at spice level 2. Everything was flavorful and tasted really good! Spice 3 and 2 weren't spicy. Couldn't hardly taste the spice. But spice level 4 was spicy! I would order spice level 4 again for some of the other entrees. Prices were good for what you got. Generous portions. I'll be back!

They use fresh wide rice noodles instead of rehydrated dry noodles! This is a first in Louisville, I can attest to this because I've looked everywhere. It is more chewy, bouncy and smoother than dried noodles. It is very similar to the Chow fun noodles in dim sum places. So, of course, I loved my pad see ew with beef and gai lan. It is sweet salty w a choice of spice levels. I appreciate places that are willing to offer "Thai Hot" on their spice scale. I got medium so that I can further personalize it with the condiments set brought to the table. The Hainan Chicken I brought home was also yummy. That sauce is awesome. Service was friendly and very efficient. I would definitely come back for the other authentic offerings.
